Where your comfort, safety, and satisfaction come first. These policies are in place to help ensure every client enjoys a smooth, respectful, and professional experience. We appreciate you taking a moment to familiarise yourself with the following guidelines before your appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Life happens—we understand. If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-shows will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.
These fees help us manage our time fairly and ensure availability for other clients.
Running Late?
Please arrive on time so we can provide your full service without rushing.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and apply a 50% rebooking fee. Your punctuality helps us stay on schedule for all clients.
Card Payment Fees
A small processing fee of 1.5% + $0.30 applies to all card transactions. Thank you for your understanding.
Cleanliness & Sanitation
Your health is a top priority. All tools and workspaces are thoroughly sanitised after each client. We follow strict hygiene practices to maintain a safe and spotless studio environment at all times. Gabriella holds certification in “Maintain Infection Control Standards” and is nationally recognised.
